Clean hair

Hair is nothing but  a form of skin, it is made up of a protein called keratin.
Hair is made up of scales and when you abuse them by coloring , shampooing, straighteners , dryers and anything else that you do to your hair that may cause it to look dry or look like you have splitting ends or brittle hair.
The hair in your scalp makes its own natural oils that keeps your hair looking "healthy"  but people usually don't like for their hair to look oily so they over wash their hair to make your hair not look oily and dirty.

Every time you shampoo your hair you need to make sure that you put conditioner in it to make sure that you prevent damage to your hair and  also put moisture back into your hair.

Hair color removal

If you happen to have colored your hair an absolutely HATE it their is always ways that you could try to remove that color so that it wont look so bad and you will be able to feel a little better about yourself  becaususe most people if they do not like how their hair looks they are self cautious about how they look. if you really don't like it you can probably remove the color or at least try and make it look lighter but if your hair color is over three days old, chances are you won’t be able to remove it. Hair color takes from 48 to 72 hours to set into the cuticle.

Home Hair Color Removal
1. hot water sometimes fades chemical hair colors.
2 .Hot extra-virgin olive oil also may help strip chemical colors.
3. Don’t use bleach for hair color removal. Bleach helps artificial colors not natural hair colors !

Hair color.

Many people think that it is easy to color your hair its a basic black, brown, or blond right? wrong. Now a days with all the crazy new styles that have influenced our generation people are coloring their hair whatever color they want. It goes form a variety of jet black all the way to hot pink, purple , green, blue and any other you might want to color you hair to make some changes to your look. But before you choose to change your hair color make sure that you're sure on the color you want weather your coloring your hair to cover grays, get highlights, or just to try something fun and new make sure you won't regret it because it is somewhat damaging to your hair and will defiantly ruin your hair if you start to color your hair to much. if your are not to sure on what color you want your hair you might want to try out some Temporary hair colors wash out in a shampoo.

Here are some coloring tips from haircoloringuide.com

Hair Color Tips:
  1. Highlighting is a great way to add tone to monochromatic hair (jet black, pure brown).
  2. Beware of hair colors that have green, blue, or purple undertones, like “ash”. If you mix them with warm tones, your hair color will turn out green.
  3. The levels (one to twelve) you see on hair coloring boxes are the lightness or darkness of the color. Level one is black (darkest) and level twelve is light blond.
  4. “Complimentary colors” are opposite each other on the color wheel. Blue-orange, violet-yellow, etc. If you want to neutralize unwanted highlights, choose the complementary color. For instance, red will cancel out an ash undertone, and an ashen color neutralizes any red highlights in your hair.
  5. Be sure to check if your hair color is a “progressive dye”. Progressive dyes continually add more color with each use. For instance, if you’re coloring blond hair black, your first use of a progressive hair color may not give the result you expected. However, continued use will turn your hair jet black.
  6. Hair colors, like perms, are chemically based. If you’re pregnant, be sure to check with your doctor before coloring your hair.
  7. Henna hair dyes are organic based hair colors that don’t mix well with chemicals.
  8. Stay out of the pool and the ocean after coloring your hair. Neither sea salt nor chlorine mixes well with chemical hair colors.

Quick hair tips

One thing you have probably already hurd is to avoid washing your hair everyday. If you can stand it, try not to wash your hair with shampoo every single day. For days that you do not wash your hair, apply a fragrant mist designed especially to refresh tresses.
Apply shampoo from the nape of your neck first, and then work it through the rest of your hair, working it to your scalp.
        * when you apply conditioner make sure you comb it threw or run your fingers threw your hair and try        to take out all the tangles.
    * Try to avoid wrapping your hair in a towel and leaving it twisted up on your head for long.
